Neat little grinder and well constructed. perfect for knife sharpening. I read reviews that had issues finding replacement belts, search for 10x330mm belts they are readily available on Amazon.

Not sure what to rate this item because I can’t use it yet. I just got around to opening it up and I found that I’m missing a few items.

This item has potential, but the drive wheel and the other 3 wheels are not in line with each other. it makes the belt climb off very badly. I am going to rig up some spacers and see if I can make it work better. if not I'll have choice but to return it

I’m sure this works just fine for folks who will never need new belts. 1 x 13 (25 x 330) do not exist outside this machine. Once your belts are done Machine is useless, muppets

Yes, perfect little sander for me. Got the 1” version. Came with power supply and 10 belts. Great for model-making, diy, maker. It fits inside a 6” cube. Also a great pencil sharpener.

I was very happy to see that the little belt sander/grinder is a lot more of a tool than I had hoped. The overall fit and finish is very nice. The metal cuts and bends are clean and the stainless plate line finishes are not all marred up and scratched. Nice. It is built of all stainless construction. I bought both the narrow and wider pulley versions not knowing what to expect. I would recommend that you purchase the wider pulley version as it gives you more belt options. Some reviews of these mini sanders had complained that they could not find belts. You can easily find these belts on Amazon but there are also 12" belts very easily found anywhere and can be used on this machine by a slight modification on the tensioner. By drilling a second hole on the tensioner bar, 5/8" lower on the flat tension bar than the original hole, a shorter 12" belt can be used. By moving the pulley down to the second hole the 12" belt fits perfect. The manufacturer should modify their process to include this second hole and advertise the ability to use 12" or 13" belts. The 12" belt is used on the Work Sharp belt sharpener and that unit and belts has been around for a long time. The 12" belts have a huge range of grits available from 60 through to 5,000 and finer. I also use my 12" leather strop often as a final finish with an extremely fine polish rouge. The second quick modification I did was to take the tool rest and with a hardened pointy punch, make a few little "burrs" on the surface that engages or touches the large and primary plate. When you tighten up the screw, these little burrs bite into the mating plate and give it a lot of down pressure resistance but do no harm to the tool. When you loosen up the screw the little burrs do not stick or harm the ability to move the plate up or down at all.This little grinder is very comparable to the Work Sharp tool and in many ways more versatile. The wider pulley version gives a wider face to work. I plan on keeping this machine on my "dirty" process bench to do so many little tasks. I am a full time watchmaker and will use this to modify and sharpen tools. All day I am sharpening gravers, modifying screwdriver tips to fit unique headed screws and more. If the motor holds out I will be extremely satisfied. If the motor dies quickly and I have to replace with another $12 dc motor I will still be very happy with this purchase. A++++

Good News!: Contacted Red Label Abrasives in USA and they are going to start making the 1" X 30" (25mm X 330mm) Belts. 10/26/2020Very practical for a small shop. I have used it to smooth and chamfer small screws and for some 3D printer parts. I find it to be a quality item and prefer it over a small wheel grinder. Highly Recommend. Awesome little grinder strong motor the sandpaper belt is one inch wide and is made out stainless steel with rubber feet what else can you ask for.
