Great tasting and good for you!
I love putting a packet of this in my protein shake. If I’m not having a shake I mix it with 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk. It tastes great and really helps with my digestion.

Terrible
Gross. Gritty and the nastiest looking greenish brown. I tried it a couple of times to see if I could develop taste for it. No way.
