This is the firet time I am using water flosser. I hesitated at first to use it because I have more than one tooth was refilled before one month or so. I finally used it and I would like to share my experience with you. First I started with low level for 2 days and then I moved to medium. It cleans between the teeth and I did not feel any pain or anything. It is really good and the water container has a reasonable size. It is not too small and not too big. Highly recommended.

I’ve never used a water flosser before so I was excited to use this. It works great and is easy to use. I love that it’s cordless and I can use on my kids too! Great value for the price

Meh. I'll continue to use this thing, but I wouldn't say that I am "happy" with my purchase. First, this thing is HUGE. Its about the size of a 24 ounce bottle of shampoo (BEFORE you add whatever tip you're using.) Despite its massive size, it doesn't hold that much water, and on the high setting, it runs dry in about 30-45 seconds. AND, despite the fact that it can be "held at any angle," I haven't found that to be the case. AND, the battery on this thing drains like a tub! I have to charge it about once a week. (using it twice a day, for about a minute each time.) I charge my electric toothbrush about once a MONTH. The pressure is great on the high setting (and is actually too much, if you're not used to it), but as the battery dies, the pressure gets less and less, so that even high winds up as "medium."It LOOKS nice, but is way too big for what it does. You'd expect with its size, that it would hold more water and/or battery charge. It's cheap though, so I'm not pulling what little hair I do have, out of my head.

First the delivery box and the bubble wrap smelled like strong gas or lighter fluid but the product was ok inside the regular box. I charged it late evening and all night and light was blinking still like it was not charged yet, but worked ok so far. I’m going to use it again later to see, but I should of payed the extra $20.00 to get a regular water-pik

I got this product on July 17th. I loved it at first! I’d never had a water flosser and I was using it everyday. I told several friends about it and thought it was such a good value. However, it’s now September 4th and it stopped working. I thought maybe it was the battery but it’s not. It just flat out stopped working. The worst part is that because it’s outside the 30 day return window they didn’t want to refund me! No product should stop working after 6 weeks. I’d recommend spending more on one that really works.

Definitely would recommend! The "High" mode is a beast, so Low or Medium works perfectly fine for me. If the unit was any smaller, you'd definitely have to refill more than twice to clean your whole mouth, so I'm good with the size. Ergonomically, it's also a decent size and design to handle, so that's a plus. I'd suggest buying a storage case for the tips and charger.
