Will it give a darker shade to the existing wood colour ?

Can't answer that unless you send a photo of the wooden surface you want to apply this wax to. If the shade if the wooden surface is lighter than the colour of the wax, then the wax will give it a darker shade. If the colour of the wood is darker than that of wax, then the wax will not lead to any change in the colour of the wood. Can i apply on my brown colour sunmica?

Yes.. but if your brown sunmica shade is light, then you should instead buy our Neutral/White wax polish. Please note that a coloured wax is needed only when you want to give a colour tint to the surface.

Can i use it on white furniture

But why do you want to use a "brown" colour wax on "white" furniture..?? I don't think you should use it unless you want to give a brown tint to your white furniture.
