I got a new phone but couldn't work out why my phone wouldn't connect to my car when plugged in. Someone at work said maybe I needed a more powerful wire and suggested me this. Ta-dah, worked instantly. It's nice and short so there aren't wires cluttering the place up. Wire feels thick and good quality, doesn't feel like it will be breaking anytime soon. Great for the price and i would buy again if I needed a longer wire

Having just swapped to an iPhone 15 my original Porsche USB-A to Lightening cable was redundant. I have a wireless CarPlay dongle which I use 95% of the time, but there are always those times when you need to juice up your phone as well.Unfortunately, the original item had a flexible connector, coiled cable and right angle Lightening connector to make up for the small space where the phone must go get at the only CarPlay port in the car.I found this USB-A to USB-C cable and it's perfect! And such a bargain at under £7 at time of purchase. Data connection works great and it charges as it should from the power-limited USB-A power source. It more than copes with the Pro Max size in the small space (see pictures) - it's long enough to be easy to fit and short enough to not be problem to store.Please Note: USB-A ports are normally all the same way up, and most USB-A cables have their logo on the top or put a couple of dots in the metal (not the square holes) to indicate which is the right way up. In my case, the USB-A port was on the right side to work out - so you need to check the same for your application if space is tight like it is for me.I've used Ugreen stuff before and it's all been good quality, same applies here. Easily 5 stars.

I purchased this to replace a regular, standard fit, charger cable that had become damaged due to bends in the cable at the USB C end. The right angle design of this cable is perfect to stop that happening again and I'm sure will last a lot longer than the previous cable. Great build quality.

Solid wire for Android auto, charges well. Most Android auto ports don't charge fast but with this wire it does charge faster than other wires I have tested. Also 5** for the design , of course it won't be the best for all cars due to size of compartments and space available but for those who it will work for you can't go wrong.

This cable was perfect for connecting the phone to the USB socket in our car thanks to a tight angle. Everything was fine for about nine months but then we started getting frequent drop-outs, to the point that the cable became unusable. We have reverted to a normal cable and everything is fine again. I will probably buy another of these, in the hope that I was just unlucky with the first one.
