Everything is new and packaged well! They are definitely on the small side. Great for dessert plates.

Oh my gosh! what a rip-off! 16 small dessert plates and napkins for $12. don't buy it!

Can’t believe 16 plates and napkins and a few candles coats $13.97. This is seriously overpriced for what it is.
