This product is FANTASTIC. I am not one usually to use wax, i usually go for shaving as it's quick and easy, but this came as a package and the instructions are easy to follow.It came with 4 packets of wax beads, 10 wax sticks, heater and pot. It is definitely value for money. I used the green wax beads first off, I don't know if the colours have any particular relevance, but there's green, blue, pink and ivory hard wax beads. The process is easy to follow and the wax works wonders. I love it! And would definitely buy this product for a family member as a gift, and would buy the wax for it. I think I am converted over to waxing now. This package is reasonably priced and easy to use. Also, 5* service! :)

It’s okay - found it easy to set up. It was more using it that I found annoying. It’s quite messy and hard to not have a long string of wax following you after. I got it all over my hands it was a shamble. If you are professional il sure you use this with more ease. I will attempt to use it again but I am reluctant.

Works well, melted the beads much quicker than I thought it would. First time I’ve used one of these on my face, much better than the strips as they always brought me out in spots and made my skin peel. This didn’t have that affect. Only reason I’ve dropped a point is the wire is really short, should be longer as it will only sit on the edge of my dresser to reach the wall plug that’s by the floor.

This is no where near as good as a salons machine.I applied this twice in direction of hair growth and it does not remove all of the hair in the area!It takes 2 hour's to heat the wax Pearl's to a useable consistency.It's just not sticky enough to grab all hairs.I would not recommend this I'm afraid.

Overall good kit. The machine works good and all extras were included however the wax is not suitable for sensitive skin. After using it I've got really bad skin irritation on my legs which healed within 4 days not a few hours. Moreover, I need to buy new wax which makes this purchase more expensive.

This is taking all night to heat up ? On full power its way to thick and doesn't spread easy onto my legs.leg had it on since 5.30pm and now it's 8.50 still not spread able or hot enough.like trying to put morrerella cheated on my leg very dissapointead.abouts to return product ?

Bought as I’d heard this type of wash was relatively painless, but I have to disagree. I found it quite painful and it didn’t seem to remove all the hair under the wax. Quite disappointed to be honest

I had skin irritation from this wax but that might be because I have a few allergies
