Great Bongo stand. Easy to adjust, stable and well-made.
I have a set of Meinl Rubberwood Bongos that I love. I got the stand in part to protect the Bongos, and in part to put them in the perfect playing position. This is a solid little stand. Bongos attach easily and can be adjusted quickly. I prefer to play offhanded with the Bongos reversed, and one of my sons also plays them and prefers the conventional orientation, so we are frequently flipping it around and swapping the angle and it is simple and steadfast with each swap. The stand keeps the bongos at a nice level and allows for their full sound to escape. I have gotten quite spoiled by it and don't like holding them while playing anymore.Overall, this stand is solid and sure footed, easy to adjust and stable in its adjustments, and makes playing the Bongos that much more fun.

Love This Stand
Although I feel it is a little on the expensive side, I am very happy over all. It is heavy and very sturdy. There is a lot of room for adjustment, both up and down and also for tilting. My bongos are quite heavy and there is no movement at all.

Really excellent quality. Very secure design.
Excellent quality — just what I’d expect from Meinl. I’m using it to hold my LP Uptown bongos (also fantastic). They are so heavy (and maybe I’m so wimpy) that they were wrecking my right calf. I love how securely this stand holds my drums, yet without stressing them, and while the extra bar might cut down just a tad on sound, the shells are also now able to vibrate freely, so probably a good trade-off.I only wish I could get a separate tall “foot” from Meinl by itself so I could move the upper portion between it and this seated-height foot, rather than buying a whole other stand.

This was a good purchase!
I'm an engineer, so when I say something is well built, then I mean it. And I do tend to scrutinize any purchase for flaws and for quality. This stand goes together easily. It's rugged and heavy. And it's a good height for playing while sitting. After using it for a couple of months I'm comfortable saying this was the perfect stand to buy.

Solid stand!
This is a too expensive of a stand but worth it...its well made, solid and comfy for me...quality construction...the bar that protrudes beyond the bongos isnt a problem for me, it actually helps me wrap my legs around it for more stability...from my experience Meinl and Pearl stands are the best...LP not so much and overpriced...

Solid Bongo Stand.
Great stand, my LP Matador bongo fit with no problems. I checked out a few different stands before ordering and opted for this one because I thought the clamping system looked good and sturdy, it is!

Great Stand
This is an extremely nice looking piece of kit, very well constructed, very strong and looking top quality. Even so one has to bear in mind that as far as the top section is concerned it is designed to fit a range of bongo sizes from various manufacturers. This caused me to have an issue with the topmost plate (a belt and braces item, not really essential and could probably be left off). I had 6" and 7" bongos with the bridge quite near the top and there was insufficient room to thread the plate into position. I had to loosen the bridge securing bolts and pull the bongos apart enough to position the plate and then re-tighten the bridge bolts. The plate was now in the right place for the bongos to be fully attached to the stand. This issue is no problem if the bongos are required to always be attached, as in my case. If this isn't the case then although the bongos are easily removed the plate remains captive and flops around unless the drums are separated again.

Prima
Passt, Bongos spielen im Sitzen. Sehr niedrig einstellbar.

Rock solid makes your bongos sound precise clean and full toned in seated comfort.
The larger and heavier your drums the more your going to love this stand. Sweetspot setting of position of angle of attack to get predcise and effortless tonal and dynamic body really puts a smile on your face as does tuning on stand.add your drum measure skin top to bass ring (X?) - distance floor to supp bar min = 315mm (eg- 315+160=375 drum top?) take away ext xhaft collet(not so necessary in min pos) to lower by a further 20mm if needed? support bar is 500mm .Top clamp not neccessary but makes good fixing for extras perhaps even a small third drum or wood block!
