We used these for my best friend's 1 year old daughter's birthday party and they were a hit!! We made everyone who came wear one! Everyone, even the guys loved them!! It was a great touch!!

They are as expected. Great for the price. They do widen and are not stiff. I ordered them for my 5 year old's class, and it fit all of them. And none of them broke!
