This light is everything it says it is! Easy set up, and easy to use! If you are going to have it hanging, you may have to use a larger carabiner, the one supplied is on the smaller side.The light worked for us the first day, and then we noticed an issue with the cable. We sent a message to customer service and had a response that same day. Our contact there was on top of it! I personally feel as though they went above and beyond, being as we started with communication via Amazon, moved to text and then direct email. They sent us a new cable and all is well now! Our plants are happy, and so are we (one full month now with this product and there has been no impact on our electric bill). Will definitely continue ordering through this company

I purchased this product in June 2019, and in Dec 2019 it failed operational service only 6 months ??. all the lights have failed, ?? My return window has closed. Now my plants are dying and not sure what to do. Dec is the Darkest and most coldest month, but the product failed when I needed the most. Seller please check quality and durability before selling your products as BEST PRODUCT for money, it is not best product at all.

It was a great light when it was working . After one grow and done. Went out in the middle of a grow. If you looking for a one time use this the light you want.Update due to holiday late on the update. Made a call and was sent anew one which works great.

Light works without giving off much heat but it is nearly impossible to hang it level because their are only 2 hooks to hang it from. If the light hung level it would be a great deal.UPDATE**The seller contacted me and apologized. They explained that they've contacted the manufacturer about the defect and offered to refund me half off. A great deal! The light is very bright while not giving off much heat. Changed from 3 to 5 stars for excellent customer service.

This is a single run light and won’t last long. The light was great for the first few months until it started making a loud intermittent humming noise around 3 months of use. I bought it in Aug 2019 and it stopped working completely in March 2020.I contacted the seller and initially received a request for more information. I sent them the info and could never get a response from them after that. I replaced it with a Viparspectra P1500 and couldn’t be happier.

The media could not be loaded. This product is low key kinda fly. It's the goat of led grow lights. Amazing for first time growers, very easy to set up and use. And btw it's very inexpensive of its kind and the noise is bearable. Recommended for people who want to grow plants indoors.

Piece of junk. Only used it f oil r 2 months and it just shuts down and wont turn back on. On top of that Amazon's return button only lasted 30 days but romancelink guarantees longer but I cannot find a way to contact the manufacturer. poor product for amazon to sell. 0 rating across the board sorry I hate wasting money in this economy.

Less than one year old and the fan is broken, the bloom adjustment never worked out of the box, but the light was bright so that didn't bother me. The fan is loud, like a lawn trimmer. I no longer feel safe using this lamp and have ordered a different brand... fingers crossed.
