Soothing Relief!
I ordered this as a replacement for one I have with a bad bulb. This one is nice! Two heat settings and easy to handle. It puts soothing heat wherever you need it. It's light and easy to handle, and seems pretty sturdy. It also includes an extra bulb!

Short lead but a good item
The lead on this could do with being a bit longer in my opinion.

Quality
This is a very well made infrared heat lamp for home use on sore muscles & joints. The glass head is made to glider easily over joints & puts out a lot of heat when on high. Comes with a extra red bulb as well. Very easy to use & very effective on painful areas.

Piece of junk
I ordered it summer of last year. When it arrived, I turned it on just to check if it was working, and that bulb light went on, I felt reassured, but did not use it. Fast forward months later, we are now deep into the winter in February, and Iwanted to use it. I followed the directions on the paper insert, and though the bulb lights up in the beginning, it dies out after a few seconds. The unit never heated up. The unit has never been used and it doesn't work. I have never dropped it, or otherwise mishandled the product. IT JUST DID NOT WORK. What to do? Maybe the light bulb had gone bad, so I used the replacement light supplied and the turned the unit back on, and the unit is now working, but god knows for long, and where will I find replacement light bulbs to order and how much will they cost? I feel that I am now stuck with a $36 piece of unpredictable junk. Yes, it's Made in China. I really need to commit to buying my electronics from the US, Japan or Korea because the quality is more reliable there.

FAST RELIEF!
I write reviews every now and then on products I order through Amazon but have never done one less than 24 hrs after receiving the item....this little red light wand should have "miracle" as a middle name. I have been SUFFERING for almost two years from chronic pain of various causes, fibromyalgia, joint, a Slip and Fall and rear end auto accident. Yes therapy helped some but I was doing anything I could to get relief plus taking Motrin 600 (prescription) and Gabapentin. I have to say I gain weight from stress eating *Good tasting food and sweets and wine, exact things which do NOT help "et ALL" and will increase pain issues but that's do "we" humans do to ease private misery...over indulge. Back to the Red light Wand _i plugged it in immediately after opening and turned it on HIGH it heated right up and I choose to use it on my left upper; right under shoulder part of arm first , where I have had a extremely NAGGING (& concerning) burning/tingling pain for 4mos (came out of the blue, got check for emergency twice) anyway I put a little pain balm on and ran it up and down arm letting the "feel good" heat penetrate in the main spot of tingling...I feel asleep because it eliminated almost all pain so quickly and nothing else has. I woke up and used it again on neck, lower back and legs, this thing is WONDERFUL it's convenient for those that can't get professional treatment and I'm so glad I listened to my inner voice when it said," Get that". P.s. I really don't like long reviews because it seems like some people say too much but now I understand why (kinda😁 ) it's because sometimes you just got to explain everything to help it to be *FELT* BUY THIS!

I use on my dog
Works good. I bought it to use on my dogs back. She has scoliosis. I wanted to use at home in between her chiropractic adjustments and her laser therapies in office. I have a hand held massager I use on her back at home and now I add this for 20 min a couple of times a week. She seems to get relaxed after I start the laser and seems to enjoy it. So in my oppinion, if I watch her reaction to it, it seems like it is working. It could be the heat that feels good to her because I just don't know how well this red light is because of the price of the unit. Seems very inexpensive when you see the price of others. I will keep using it though on the pup because she likes it.I have a 10 pound chihuahua, be careful with the heat. I only use on low for her because the high setting gets pretty warm!
