I've been using this for a few weeks, and so far so good. The video is helpful for understanding installation, which is extremely easy (I didn't need to unplug my heated bed, just unscrew the heated bed plate from the base). A few of my first prints failed as I learned to adjust the temperature (I only print PLA on a Monoprice Maker Select V2: ultimately I increased the bed heat from 50C to 65C and increased the extruder heat by about 10 degrees C as well) and bed height. Now my prints are coming out great, removing them is wonderfully easy, I use only the PEI film that came with this kit (no tape or glue), and they are perfectly smooth on the bottom. I'm careful not to touch the PEI and every once in a while I wipe it down with acetone.

Everything was in the box except the magnets.Fixed review from 2 stars since they contacted me and sent a whole new set and it had everything.

I was looking for a spring steel magnetic plate for my printer and this works great. I print exclusively with PETG and parts stick perfectly and are very easy to remove afterwards. I'm very happy with the quality of this product.

Stuck for a couple, maybe 3, prints and that was it. Should have spent a few more bucks and bought the prusa one at the beginning. The magnets were useful though, they hold down the prusa pretty well.
