They don’t make you feel nauseous like some vitamins although please do eat before hand. Well I’ve not conceived yet (start trying this month), I plan on using this for get help with ovulation. On the plus side my hands is warmer and I’ve more energy. I’m trying to reduce the risk of miscarriage and abnormalities and this is the tablets are recommended to reduce the risks, also helps with egg quality. Because of a cyst I was having some constant uncomfortable symptoms, mainly bloating and occasionally pain or discomfort. I found this product just by searching on Amazon. I'm not a big fun taking any medicine and when I found it and read a few positive reviews I still had my doubts just like I would have with anything similar ordered from the Internet.I found their website and also other reviews so I made the decision it was safe enough to order based on everything I read. When it arrived I took one straight away. I'm not exaggerating when I say that a few minutes later I felt the bloating and discomfort disappearing. I felt myself light like I never had the problem before.I never really had an issue with my period, it's never really painful but my last one was just fine, not too heavy. I've been taking these for more than a month now. I'm not sure if it helps with my cyst but if definitely helped with my symptoms which means it does have an affect on the ovaries so I'm hopeful.

I don’t usually review but hopefully I can help someone who is in the same position as I was.Quick back story… had my son in may 2020, and I’ve been breastfeeding ever since. In Feb 2021 I came off my contraceptive pill in hope of trying again, however it wasn’t until roughly 4 months ago my period returned.Despite having my period, and extreme ovulation pains, I didn’t seem to get a positive ovulation test when my periods returned. Assuming it’s just the breastfeeding getting in the way, and with my son showing no signs of quitting on breastfeeding yet, I decided to look for other ways to help get my body back to normal.I found these on Amazon, and decided to give them a go to help me to ovulate again. I found a pack lasted me about 2 weeks, so I took them from the day I started my period, up until ovulation.First month I used them, boom… positive ovulation! Sadly no pregnancy, but at least I knew I was ovulating again! Also no serious pains again.. so that also helped.Second month I used them… again a positive ovulation test, and I also managed to get a positive pregnancy test!Trying not to get ahead of myself… I’m only 5 weeks so a very nervous time, however I’m so pleased to be in this position again, and I do think these supplement helped. I brought this product as I have polycystic ovarian syndrome to see if it will help my ovaries work normally again I've been taking them for 2 weeks now I'm not sure if they are working yet

I don't know what to think about these to be honest. I didn't realise upon purchase it was only like a 10 days supply or however short about of time it was. But I had EWCM for the first time since coming off birth control and stopping breastfeeding while taking them, so I thought great, I've ovulated! But now 2 weeks later, I'm not pregnant and still not period.. so did I actually ovulate, I don't think I did, which is so strange for me, as I only ever had EWCM when I've been fertile.. so I'm not sure if these tablets helped anything or just made things more confusing. I think for the price you should get a longer supply, and taking them for only 10 days you really can't say if they're doing a good job or not.

Omg this stuff works wonders i hadnt had a period for 9 months before i started taking this. 3 days after taking this I start my period definitely buy. I didnt take 3 twice a day though I only took 3 daily to last longer :)

Unfortunately I got these tablet but they said 60 but was only 30 in them I must have got a bad bad batch
