My whole family gives the Breville Q a "Triple Wow, with a circle snap"I've been happy with my CleanBlend 3HP 1800 Rpm blender, lasted 10 years with a 5 year warranty. However I decided to try the Beville Q. We started replacing all appliances as they give out with a Breville equivalent. This Blender took the same exact ingredients and made the same smoothie differently. It was noticeably smoother, and also separately it was creamier. It made les noise and vibration.We have made the same smoothie for 10 years every day. And now with the Breville Q, the same recipie is on another level of smooth and delicious

After suffering with a blender brand that rhymes with inja. We are exceptionally impressed. What makes this device stand out is the excellent engineering on multiple levels. From ease of cleaning, large container, large blades, powerful motor and simple yet intuitive controls this machine stands out from the rest. Its power creates the best smoothies, it pulverizes the seeds and grains I put in mine bringing them to the next level. Sure you can get a cheaper blender, but you haven't lived, if you are serious about blending stuff, until you have tried this one. In fact, that goes for the other products made by Breville. Not really that expensive when you consider products made by them will last a lifetime and perform incredibly. There is no question this is one of the top 5 mass market blenders made.

I really struggled with switching brands but am I ever glad I did. I had a Vita-mix for years and when I finally wore it out I purchased another one of that brand. It never ran right from the first day and customer service never stood behind it. After one year one morning it just went dead so I sent shopping. I saw this Breville brand and because we've been so very pleased with our Breville hot water pot I took a chance and ordered this blender with hesitation. I IMMEDIATELY upon receiving it knew I made a good decision and every day I'm just more pleased. It's powerful. The pre-programmed blending times are awesome even though at first I wondered why I'd need them. I LOVE the wider brimmed blender jar and the lid is tight and secure and easy to snap on and get off once you figure out how to do it. It was worth every single penny which was less than my previous brand which never held up on the second one. Would I buy this again? Yes, in a heartbeat.

The media could not be loaded. I purchase the Breville Q Blender BBL820SHY and VAC Accessory June 4th, specifically to create smoothies without foam. They cost almost $400. The blender failed to perform, so I called customer support 3 times with kind promises to follow up, but no one ever called back. Then I called for the 4th time. The service representative was very polite (they all were) and stated he would send me a replacement within a few days if I paid for a new one in advance (before they received my return). He charged my card, but 2 weeks late later they have not even shipped my replacement. They still have my money. Extremely poor products and customer support.12/7/24 update: Customer support finally replaced the blender, but nothing changed. All my smoothies still have a lot of foam. I downgraded the VAC Accessory rating and upgraded the blender rating because I'm beginning to think the problem is that the vacuum suction isn't sufficient. The blender works fine for all other needs, but I could have spent a lot less for the same results by purchasing a lesser expensive blender. The rating is a 4 because of lack of resolution from customer service and the hassles getting a replacement.

Great product that is durable, easy to use and clean. Worth the money!

This really is the best blender I have ever owned. I had the fresh and furious breville blender for over 5 years. When it went out I needed a new one I didn't want to buy what I owned already so I upgraded for this one. Absolutely the best decision, it's efficient, it's quiet, and it's so versatile. The seller was outstanding and offered the very best price of anyone on Amazon and I was watching it for over 30 days. Anyway fast shipping and quality product. Nothing more to say except I'm very happy with it

I bought this blender after having a Breville Hemisphere model, which I liked but it had its issues. This blender is great at almost everything except for smoothies, which was the main reason I bought it. The texture is great, but it always leaves some chunks of frozen fruit -- even after running it for another 10-15 seconds after using the smoothie function. Not what I expect from a $300 blender! I guess you really do have to spend the money and buy a VitaMix! I do not like the design of the lid. It's very difficult to remove. I may break off those locking tabs at some point as they really aren't needed.Those are my two complaints. Otherwise it really is a nice blender.

If you make frozen smoothie this blender is a must have! This is not your Grandma's blender!
