Ergonomic design, disassembles, and can be sharpened on a stone. Good for everything from herbs to bones. I use them in a professional setting daily.

Nicest shears I’ve ever used!
This is my 4th pair of kitchen shears that I’ve purchased from various brand name makers, but these are by far the best! Absolutely top quality craftsmanship. Yes, they’re carbon steel so they can rust, but it’s not hard to avoid by simply drying them off when you’re done using them.

Perfect shears
I've had these for 3 years now and they are just great. They come apart easily for easy cleaning/drying. Super sturdy and sharp for cutting through even (small) bones. Carbon steel, so make sure to clean and dry well after use. No rust on mine at all after all these years.

Great kitchen shears that will last a long time
I have a few Tojiro knives, so I knew what I was getting when I purchased these. Came fairly sharp, they have a nice heft to them, easy to seperate. The steels feels very high quality. I imagine like most Tojiro products, with just a little bit of care, these will last a lifetime. My only grip would be: the finger holes are slightly small, but I also have meathooks for fingers, so its more of a personal issue.

Good Shears-High Price

Sharp, solid, sophisticated, simple
$52 is a ridiculous price to pay for a pair of scissors ... or not, if they're as good as these are. You can plan to leave them to your grandchildren, and get good use out of them from now until then.They cut beautifully, wash easily, and have a small and adjustable spring to make sure that the tension between the blades is always right.Plus, they look good and feel good in your hand. It's nice they'll open beer bottles and tin lids and the like ... but not the main thing. The main thing here is that they'll add a little happiness every time you use them.

Must have for any kitchen
I've owned a pair of these for about 4 years and use them every day in the kitchen I work at. All of my coworkers love them so I recently bought one of them a pair as a going away present. They stay amazingly sharp and our easy to clean, not to mention easy on the hands.
