So. . . The taste makes me want to throw up, BUT. . We all know, should at least, know that things that are good for you don't usually taste very good so that's my only complaint for now.I got this for medicinal purposes; low platelets. So I want to see if this really works, I've been taking it for almost a week now. My case is severe, I was 16,000 when we last checked while I was in the hospital. So if this works for me, then you'll know it'll definitely work for you. So as I get my blood levels checked, I'll update this review.Also, this tea helps with indigestion as well. Acid reflux, gut issues. It's helped with that almost immediately. And beware... It may make you need to pee quite a bit since it is a diuretic. Anywhoozle, I'll be back with an update.

I can’t say enough great things about this Organic Papaya Leaf Extract Tea. From the very first cup, I felt a gentle yet noticeable calming effect. The lightly earthy, herbal flavor is soothing—perfect for unwinding after a long day, and a little sweetener balances it beautifully.

The taste is very bitter if you let it steep too long. I have learned since the first cup to not let it steep too long. I put a bag in with my green tea each morning and let it steep for about a minute and then set it aside to use again. I am using this tea because it was recommended by a friend to help increase low platelet counts. Not sure if it's working or not but I feel as though I'm putting something good in my body. The company was also gracious enough to include a free box of tea with my order!

This tea tastes really bad. I could not even take another sip! These items should be returnable or an option to sample before buying since these teas are not returnable and especially if only one is missing. Will not recommend even if the benefits are good the worst herbal tea I have ever tasted.

My spouse has been using to increase blood platelets, she feels that it is working. Quality control is lacking as we have purchased 4 boxes over the last couple of months and every box has 24 packets as the box says, but 1 or 2 packets in each box are empty.

I like to be proactive with my health, and hear this tea is good for your liver, digestion and even helps with healthy blood. I haven't had tests or anything to make an actual health claim, but I thoroughly enjoy the taste. I start each day with a cup of this papaya leaf tea, then breakfast. It's a nice, soothing way to start the day and I enjoy the taste (I drink it straight - no sweetener - no cream or milk). Comes nicely packaged in individual packets so it's easy to pop into my purse or suitcase when traveling.
