SaSa Design Silicone Fondant Mold Cake Decorating Chocolate Mould Baking (Baby+Wings)

Very impressed with the design of this silicone mold. I have never used a mold like this. Most of my fondant molds are made by Wilton, and they are very stiff, hard to fill, and hard to get the fondant out in one piece. This silicone mold is very flexible. Also, it's extremely easy to fill with fondant, and even easier to get your fondant mold out of the cavities. My method was to put the fondant in, place in the freezer for about a minute or 2, then the mold just poppes right out of the cavity. Will absolutely be purchasing more of these.

No where can I find how big the actual snowflake mold is so I went by the pictures. There are 3 different size snowflakes.The biggest are less than an inch and WAY to shallow and the smallest are less than a 1/2 inch and are too small to use for anything. I now won't have anything to use in time for my party. Useless

First time molding anything like this. Worked great, was so easy. I packed it with fondant, (press it down good) then put in freezer. For like 30min -1hr. Then it was veru easy to peel mold away from the fondant baby. Good to have if u decorate cakes since you can custamize baby how you need. I made a blue cap and diaper for mine.

This review is for the snowflake mold, which is tiny! I tried to make white chocolate snowflakes, and the mold is so small that the snowflakes crumble when removed. It's also very difficult to see what they are because of poor outlines. Pipette that came with the mold is useless. Used a pastry bag to fill the molds instead.Try a different mold, or what I ended up doing, which was piping white chocolate snowflakes out onto parchment paper.

Worked perfectly! I was a little nervous using this mold as it has very intricate and deep details but I found that if you put the mold in the freezer for 15 minutes the fondant pops out very easily and all in one piece. No cornstarch or shortening required! Very happy with this product.

I was excited to use these but they are so small the detail in the petals gets stuck and breaks off. They are pretty just dont work well for what I need. If they were bigger or even deeper maybe then they probably wouldnt lose shape or have broken edges when you pull the product out of the mold. I didn't give less stars bc I knew they were not really big. I just didn't think they would be so shallow or tiny that it would be hard to get product out or not break off pieces and leave product in the petal crevices.

This mold is so small that the beautiful details get completely destroyed when you try to remove the product. I tried both compound chocolate and gumpaste. Neither could be removed without destroying the pieces.

Works great. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or corn starch and fill. Freeze for about 15 minutes and it will pop right out. Everyone was impressed! 😊
