I ordered both the rose and tree necklace. Got here fast, but however I ONLY received ONE necklace. Customer service reached out to me pretty quickly and got the problem taken care of. They ended up sending the missing necklace. The necklaces are amazing and pretty. One necklace was slightly bigger than the other then I expected.

The necklace looks good on. I like the different color of pads, so you can match what you are wearing. It holds my essential oils very nice, and I love the scent it puts out. Also, the chain is very nice and has not faded or turned green.

I love it, it's gorgeous however...The tree carving does not have polished edges, so don't let it rub on delicate clothing or it could snag. It is also very heavy weighing 22 grams. It doesn't bother me enough to keep me from wearing it. But unfortunately it's not going to be the everyday piece that I was hoping. Because of the weight this charm would make a better bracelet.That being said I love the color options and the pads are thick. This necklace has a firm magnetic closure that seems durable. Also, since the closure is magnetic, there is no need to remove the chain to change out the pads.

I received this item today and so far, so good! I was surprised at the quality upon arrival as, based on the price, I didn't expect much. But it's great. It's easy to use and holds the felt disks securely. I've tried two disks so far with peppermint and rose oils and they hold the scent for hours. Perfect for discreet aromatherapy throughout the day.

I would’ve given it a 5⭐️, since the pendant is really nice, but details count! I bought as a gift……The chain is too thin! I had purchased one of these before & it brought a thick enough chain.…I really liked the pad colors. The previous one didn’t have soft colors which are my favorite.…The black gift pouch looked used & seams were undone, hence useless!
