love this thing!
our in-freezer ice maker broke, and no one but me would MAKE ice, so i bought this. plugged it in and within MINUTES had ice. it makes a little noise, but it just makes me so happy that it’s chugging away.

This machine makes ice very quickly. The only thing is that I wish it was a little bit quieter, but its a great machine for the price.

Compressor knocking.
It sounds like the compressor is knocking. Also the supply line required special adapter.

Zero custumer service
Loved the unit until I had problems. Looking for any tech support to answer my questions. Was told to contact any company that works on freezers. Had to figure it out on my own. magnetic switch failed and I found a suitable replacement. They should have a rep that can answer these type of issues.
