Disappointed
After having a mechanic installed the item it did not work a waste of money

Did not work and dealer tried to program it said ot would not respond. Waste of money!

Saved Me A Lot Of Money
This unit worked perfectly. The quote from Cadillac was $800+ to fix my hatch. I bought this unit and had it installed within 15 minutes. It did not immediately work after install. I had to start the car with my key FOB in the program slot in the bottom of the armrest. After doing so, the tailgate worked perfectly with both the FOB and the door button. Saved me a ton of money and a really easy project. Great product overall.

SRX SUNROOF DRAIN DEFECT
Super fast 1 day shipping! Did not need to take this to the dealer this time to program. It came programmed. I had to put keys in console (like previous rating stated), and then started my car. It took a couple of tries to push the trunk button on my door. It eventually worked! So thrilled I didn’t have to take my car to dealership! These Cadillac SRX’s have a sunroof defect and it drains into trunk area. Each time I replace it, eventually it floods again. This submerges the lift gate module.

I order a replacement and it was bad also.Si I just lost $100.00 dollars andI trow my replacement in the trash.

Des not work on 2013 SRX
Module did not work properly from the start, GM dealership could not program. Second mechanic confirmed can not program. Will not connect to Scan tool programmability. Return asap if does not work upon installation. Buyer beware.

Srx mistake
Only worked to open lift gate and then would not let it come down! Our mechanic had to get another one and said this one was a piece of junk(cheap... you get what you paid for!!)😔
