I soak them in a mason jar with water and leave em in the fridge. I am a huge texture person when it comes to food so I love adding these to my drinks and smoothies.Does anybody know the nutritional data in these?

TLDR; Basil seeds work as expected but have a slightly overwhelming spice of basil flavor to it.I grew up having basil seeds in just some water, sugar, and ice and sucking them up with a straw. I was elated when I saw this product and purchased them immediately. I placed the product in water to grow and drank it with sugar and ice. The taste of the spice ruined the drink for me so I added it to some juice instead. It still had a strong taste in the soup so I ended up throwing the package out and bought some “sweet basil seeds” instead which were perfect. This product is good if you are looking for the spicy taste.

My girlfriend whose originally from thailand introduced me to drinking nam manglak, and as someone who loves drinks that you can chew I was instantly a fan. It's kind of like smaller bubble tea balls in consistency with an easy to chew crunchy seed center. Definitely recommend soaking a good amount of these in water and leaving them in the fridge for later consumption. I've tried soaking them in almond milk and protein shakes, it doesn't really work too well for some reason. As for health benefits, they're good if you're constipated and they can be quite filling so I can definitely see them being good for weight loss in that regard. An excellent addition to a healthy lifestyle.

I really liked this product as it is very beneficial. I like basil seed and its hard to find it in the store, but this product shipped pretty fast. People complain saying that the seed stays hard, but i didnt have that problem. Loved the item, but hope it can be cheaper...
