The card is $10 dollars at T-mobile!
The card retails for $10 plus tax. Why would anyone pay $15.95 when you can purchase the same card for $10 at any Wal-mart or Circle K?

This type of GSM card is widespread in Europe. They sell for 6 euro (some airtime included). it is convenient and cheap pay as you go alternative to contracts. each euro country sells these for their country.I guess americans restrict their supply to sell phone contracts and phones. that' s a shame.
