This back support is awesome! It's a great gift to give for family and friends. Every person I've gifted one to is forever grateful. My daughter just got hers yesterday and has it on tight now to clean her house. She said she Feels Great - no more backaches!!

Works well for me . Well made - worth very penny.

Its a good brace but only 5-6 inches wide at it's widest. The copper is over-rated...unless the copper is part of the actual threads... as I see much of nothing. The straps have a very confined location so you will have to get a size that is very close to what you need (reminder: use a measuring tape, do NOT use your pant size). When measuring, consider how you plan to wear it. Most people seem to wear it OVER their clothing so tape measure yourself with your clothes on, shirts tucked in, belts belted, etc. All about how you plan to wear it.Otherwise, I WOULD RECOMMEND the belt as a simple brace for basic, limited, support.

The product is adjustable, comfortable and gives great support.

Pain relief? Depends on what you mean. It helps support the lower back so in that way maybe there might be less pain than if it wasn't worn at all. If I'm already achy in my lower back, putting it on doesn't take pain away. At least not for me anyway.Support, yes it does help there. Wearing it while doing general lightweight lifting around the house or shop, helps. Less strains than if it wasn't worn it seems.Comfort is debatable. It isn't comfortable to me. It makes me feel hotter, naturally due to the multiple layers of fabrics and materials. It reduces movement, of course part of that is by design ergo, supporting the back in that regard. But there are times when it has to be taken off to do a task. I guess this is part of where I expected more. Restricted movement is problematic at times and it's inconvenient to stop working to remove it to finish a task.quality! kudos in that regard. it is very well made and for me the 80% of the time I get to use it, I say thank you.

It was replacement, so it was exactly what I wanted. It was delivered when it was promised
