Auto Meter 3327 Sport-Comp Electric Oil Pressure Gauge , 2-1/16" (52.4mm)

Never have had a problem with Autometer gauges. I do wish the illumination was a bit better.

Purchased this electrical gauge to replace mechanical unit, it was an easy install. Now with this wired unit and new harness I can remove and replace the dash much easier when I need to. Excellent product as most autometer gauges are.

I was working on an early 2000's diesel pusher motor coach. The oil pressure guage in the dash failed and the manufacturer no longer supported it. I contacted Auto Meter with the specs, and this is the setup they recommended. I received the package and was very impressed by the quality of the guage. It was nice and clean and actually fit in nicely with the other guages in the dash. Pressure sender unit is good quality and easy to install. Pressure unit has 1/8" NPT male port and comes with 1/8" to 3/8" NPT bushing. Would be nice if it came with some o-ring boss adapters too. All in all nice kit for the price.

PRO: I like the AutoMeter electric oil pressure gauge because it was fairly priced and came with a sending unit. It was also very easy to install provided that you already purchased the braided oil pressure hose and the brass adapters to tie into your engine's oil pressure sensor.CONS: I just wish that the electric oil pressure gauge's sweep matched the mechanical oil pressure gauge's sweep of 250 degrees. This gauge's sweep was only around 120 degrees.I removed this gauge and bought another manufacturer's electric oil pressure gauge because AutoMeter's electric oil pressure gauge's lighting was so poor that it was extremely hard to read at night. It only has perimeter (ring) lighting...the light does not come through the gauge like most other brands.

I’ve purchased auto meter for many years, but I think I’ll move on.I purchased this gauge and due to poor packaging it arrived damaged.They sent a replacement and after 6 months the sending unit is leaking around the stamped metal housing. (Product defect, not fixable)It’s a real nightmare to install this into my engine bay, and now I get to do it again.Cmon auto meter, stop making this garbage.Is this even an American product anymore?I recall you making product in Utah that was quality stuff but now……pfffft6 months and gone.Looks like VDO Is my next stop….g

Works as advertised. Was considering tapping into the dimmer switch on my car, but the included light is bright enough but not too bright at night. Don't care for the red / green bulb covers, but that is my opinion, not a ding on Auto Meter.

I recently rebuilt the engine in My vintage Landcruiser. The stock oil pressure gauge was giving me strange readings. I had already purchased a autometer Boost and EGT gauge so I got the matching Oil Pressure gauge. When it comes to oil pressure gauges you can get two types. Manual (meaning you run a oil line to the gauge) or Electrical where there is a sender at the engine and you run a signal wire to the gauge. I didn't like the idea of having a oil line run into the cab. I do a lot of off roading and having a oil line fail when I'm far away from civilization is not a great idea and could leave you stranded. I went with this Electrical gauge.The gauge seam very accurate a quick to respond. As it turns out my stock gauge in my dash was in error.Well worth the purchase and the cost was similar to my local Auto Supply store (which didn't have them in stock anyways)The gauge is easy to install. 12V, ground, signal wire and lights. I installed Green LED lights to match the rest of my dash light. The gauge come with a normal incandescent light with red and green covers.
