These are excellent quality inner tubes. For someone who hasn't fitted them before they were fairly straightforward. Not a great deal of instructions given on the box. But they seem durable and great value for money.

Tubes were for this bike, the tires are tubless so I changed them to a normal tube for easier repairs and they’ve works great so far. Quality:GoodPuncture resistance:goodValue for money:excellent.
