This is a great looking lamp. It did require me to screw in two screws to the base (all tools included). The base is heavy enough that the lamp is sturdy but it is not too heavy. My boys like turning the lamp on and off with the floor switch.The light is bright enough that it can light up an entire room but it would still be a bit dim if it is a large room (like a living room or family room).

I am entirely disappointed in this product. I bought two of these lamps. I am returning both. The stand the lamp sits on needs two screws and the foundation where the screws go is entirely stripped and will not connect. This is my first amazon purchase that did not work out for me and I’ve been ordering from amazon for 7 years now! The assembly is near impossible because screws are too short and they give you the tiniest Allen wrench I’ve ever seen in my life. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

Base Stand came with too short screws. So you need to get your own screws to connect the base and the light.

The 'lamp' itself is kinda plasticky and doesn't weigh much, but the base is metal and weighs a ton, but anyone who has put together these swirly lamps knows, it's par for the course. Good build quality and good brightness. You'll love it.

It is a little short, and it is not particularly bright. It does well as a little corner lamp, but would be best when paired with another if you intend to light up a area larger than a dozen square feet.

Gorgeous lamp, attention getting. Three settings; the highest is very bright. I wish it wete taller.
