heels
I first ordered stick on soles from soltrack. These were far too small and very thin ie totally useless. I was also told by the supplier that it was not possible to get anything larger. Untrue! On further investigation I found proper size heels were available from E-Cobbler so I ordered them plus glue. The glue arrived almost immediately from E-Cobbler. The heels on the other hand came from UK retail. First they said they despatched them 2nd April then it became 8th April. Finally received 11th April roughly two weeks after ordering. The quality however seems good. They are the right size and thickness. I have stuck them on and time will tell. In future however I will order direct from E.Cobbler who are more efficient

Measure carefully
The shoes I want to mend are Wallaby boots, many years old. The back of the heel is well worn and made of softish rubber. I wanted a softish rubber heel to glue onto the shoe of the correct length. I thought I had chosen the correct product from all the choices, but unfortunately not, the heel was too short.

Great quality - a bit too thick
Excellent material. I did not notice that it was 8.5 mm when I had bought the product (it's actually closer to 7-8 mm). That is very thick! Too thick for a regular formal shoe. I decided to slice it in half (horizontally). I used a very sharp knife and it worked! In the end I ended up with two pairs and the thickness was very manageable at ~ 3-4 mm. The material is very durable. Once thinner, it was also easier to glue on (more flexible).
