Ugh, I wanted to like this so bad. First, I loved the bright lime green color and variety of textures. Then, I noticed the smell-chemicals. I boiled 2x for 5 min and that worked. Then the size was causing problems. When my 6 mo old was gumming the rods on top, the face of the Dino rubbed her check so much that she had a red rash from it! So it seems the large size is not an advantage! I put aquaphor on her and by morning she was fine. Needlessly, I returned this and am sticking to my infantino carrot-the best 5 bucks I spent!

Bought this for our handsome newborn son. He had it for a few days until our disobedient and unruly Shih-tzus decided they wanted it more. Good news is they all liked to chew on it. Bad news is it didn't win the good fight against Newman the ShihTzu. On a happier note it comes with a small story book, which I read to Newman every now and again. Sometimes the boy listens too.

I am updating my original review. I loved this back in July 2018 when I ordered it and my son was only 9 months old. However, he is now 17 months old and his last set of teeth are coming in in the back. He loves to gnaw on the tail to sooth that part of his gums. I noticed that he silicone bristles on the tail were coming off and this is extremely dangerous! One was completely gone and I've been very worried that he may have swallowed it. I threw it out and now looking for a different teether that can reach the back of his mouth.Original review:Okay so this is the most heartfelt review I've ever written on Amazon. I am hard to impress. I've bought tons of highly rated items from Amazon only to find out that the item does what it should and no more no less. This teether however really blew me away. It is well made, bright and fun color, many textures and all the parts work for various stages of teething. This is literally the only teether a child needs. My son is almost 9 months, have 8 teeth already and the 9th is just peeking through. We have 7 different teethers and all were great but none reached the back for molars. When I saw this dinosaur with all of the different position possibilities and textures I had to order it. I have yet to see a product so well thought out, so well designed, and the makers seem very passionate about what they do. It shows in the product. I am a very hard critic and this teether really leaves barely any reason to complain. The only con if I must (just for those who don't believe in perfection) is that I wish it came in more colors and shapes but the dinosaur is just so fantastic. The tail brush is genius. The designer of this product really thought of everything. Amazing! You even sweetened the pot with the cute little story book and adorable email message. Buying this product isn't only a great solution to my son's teething needs and dental needs (tail toothbrush...I just can't get over it), it's also an experience. I always roll my eyes when I received an email from a seller but this one made me smile and I almost replied with a joke about "the celebration" and then reading the little book that came with the teether.. I felt like a happy little kid. Thank you so much for a wonderful product and making it fun for parents too. Really truly bravo!!! And to the reviewer that complained about the book being boring/too long/uninteresting...realize that the book is a bonus. It's a freebie to make it fun for you and the child. If you want to critique a book then buy an actual book, not a teether! This is like buying that box of gum that comes with a surprise sticker. Don't be ridiculous and get upset over something you didn't actually pay for and expect.

It's thick and chewy with many versatile nubbins for a teething baby to abuse.It is like a swiss knife of baby teethers. As baby ages they'll be able to fully utilize it due to the size.Overall I'd say it's a good investment. Also, it's designed so no appendages can go far in baby's mouth, which prevents accidental choking.

A favorite teether for my 6 month old granddaughter. She loves the "spikes" along the back and no matter which direction she holds the dinosaur she finds a good place to chew. This teether isn't too thick and has a variety of textures that keep her interested.

I was excited to give this to my 15 month old who is getting in his molars but as soon as he got a hold of the tail, he started ripping out the bristles of the tooth brush. He pulled them out from the base with his teeth and my husband had to cut them all off. I was worried he was going to swallow the little pieces. Great concept, but it needs to Ben more durable.

My granddaughter loves this! She has chewed on all parts of it and has definitely helped with her teething fussiness. It arrived quickly, with a cute book.I will be ordering this again when my other grandchild starts teething.

Great teether for babies! lots of different textures/surfaces for soothing those sore gums. My baby is getting molars and the tail of the Dino with the toothbrush like end makes it easy for him to chew on to help relive some pain. Nice and sturdy as well so baby isn't going to bite down and take chunks out. Easy to clean too!

Good tether but the colour was not to my Grandson's liking. However I can't fault this product.

Baby girl won't go out the house without. She's teething at the moment I can offer her this and another teether and she always chooses this one it's perfect to get to everybit.
