I love the mesh
We started noticing frequent internet drops around the house and have had notoriously poor internet towards the end of the house opposite the router placement. While researching new modems my first thought was moving the placement to the middle-ish of the house and rerunning the cable to move the modem. As I started reading about mesh networks I got excited about this idea but a quick search showed me name brands that seems very cost prohibitive. When I found this brand and saw the price I'll admit my first thought it was most likely trash. Thankfully Amazon's return policy has given me quite a bit more confidence to try new things and return items that don't live up to their expectations. I'm happy to say there was no subversion of expectations here. The main hub has been placed next to the modem and a second mesh was placed in the garage. Giving full connectivity to all our devices anywhere in the house without any gaps. I'm not sure how the transition happens or when but it happens seemlessly. I'm used to connecting to the router via a local address to a webpage but this router utilizes an app that is straight forward and intuitive to use. It shows all connections and the amount of data being used. You can open a device and kick it from the network and block them ever being able to reconnect if you'd like. Setting a password is also easy and not complicated. Lastly our speeds have doubled since our switch regardless of the amount of devices attached.

Simple, Powerful & Affordable Wifi Mesh Router
I wanted to try mesh systems and was in search of a good and affordable Mesh system. I saw Mesh Force in online reviews and videos and gave it a try as all others are very expensive (WIFI 5 Dual-band would be min $200) After using the Meshforce system for just over a week, the performance is a lot better and Mesh transfer between nodes is smooth. I have the main Mesh in the basement and Nodes on the first floor. I have tested speeds in different areas and the main node is very good at getting full speed and secondary nodes are at 70% strength compared to the main node, which is expected as it is doing wifi mesh. Pros: - Super quick and easy setup and App shows connected devices on each node. No login required. - Incredibly strong signal - Great speeds (Tried up to 300 Mbps wifi connected to the base and satellites) - Free Parental control and Guest networks. Cons: - No ethernet backhaul for satellite nodes, Impact for Gaming people. - Only 100 Mbps ethernet on the satellite notes - No Dedicated band for wifi mesh. All in all Pretty great mesh system for half the price of other branded mesh systems in the market. So far I m happy with the product and speed.

Meshforce has truly blown my mind
What they don’t tell you is that all of their devices are compatible with one another. I purchased their M7 system YEARS ago and recently the demand of my network has changed. Between so many people working from home and having an entirely new security system I needed more from my existing mesh. I purchased a new mesh thinking I could create another connection. Not realizing that when I got my new devices they would just connect to my existing M7 system. I will say the dots tend to act funny and you can’t do nearly as much as you want with them they can’t be to far from your gateway where as the nodes themselves can be further away. The 6 devices I have cover my 2600sqft home first floor and basement as well as garage. I would like mesh-force to answer more questions. How many meshnodes can my M7 system handle? Why isn’t it advertised that your systems are compatible with one another? I would have purchased this extra system a very long time ago if it was advertised that way. I do not plan on buying the dots again they go out a lot but the mesh nodes themselves are phenomenal.

Great for single family home 2000sq ft or less, good value for the price
I should mention that I got this kit for a steal during prime day event. So, I'm reviewing from the perspective of value. If I would have paid $40 more for this I wouldn't have rated it as high. Installation - EASY, the app and instructions make it so non technical people can get the desired results. For those more technically inclined you can tinker with ,all the settings you would expect. Performance - This is not intended for a large house. If you have a large apt or under 2000sq foot house this is ideal as a bargain option. That said the connectivity was great. I postioned the units withing 20 to 25feet of one another and was able to establish solid connections. We have 400mb p/sec service and we were seeing about 100mb speeds within 10-12feet of the unit. Cons - the build quality is on the low end. If I drop any of the satellites from 5ft or higher I'm sure they would be toast. They plug into the wall and cannot be used freestanding so keep that in mind. Also, the range is limited so temper your expectations. I also don't think this model can handle fiber speeds. If you need to call on tech support I would also have low expectations. They are able to price in this low range because they don't staff 24/7 tech support. Luckily, chances are you won't need it. Again, for what I paid I could not be happier with what I received. It's exactly as advertised but I wouldn't spend more than $85 on this model.

Prepare for disappointment
I bought two Mesh systems, one we added 3 nodes for 3k sqft, the other with 5 nodes for 4.5k sqft and poolside, thinking this would be a great solution for the two houses. WRONG! we have 1Gig service at both properties and have NEVER seen above 60MB. Most of the time it’s only 19MBps. Smart TVs constantly lose connection, and forget about trying to stream a 4K HDR movie from an AppleTV. If you want to use this system just for smart house controls then you’re mostly good, the more devices you add the slower it gets, and I’m only talking a few WiFi light switches, Pentair Pool and Spa control, Govee LED lights, nest thermostats and Blink cameras. If you want to stream videos (even off of social media) or play online games where lag can make a difference in a Win or Loss, look elsewhere. We ended up adding another wireless router for media, and use the mesh strictly for home control since re-acquiring existing devices on a new domain would be a chore. All that said, the coverage is good (with the additional nodes) and we can control smart home devices, pool/spa, exterior lighting, etc from anywhere on the property. I had no issues with the app and setup, but totally disappointed in the overall speed performance and constant connectivity losses with the mesh network, even with stationary devices.

Easy to install and great signal!
This system was SO EASY to install. At first, I was hesitant because I had just recently upgraded my Spectrum equipment to take advantage of the SmartHome WiFi features, but once I explored the MeshForce app, I realized it had the same features AND MORE. I just installed this system yesterday, but so far, it has been wonderful. My son is a gamer and he used to need an ethernet cable in order to get the speed needed to game online, but he hasn't experienced any issues so far with this system. To install is VERY simple. All I had to do was plug the router into the wall, use the ethernet cable that's included in the package to connect the router to my modem, open the app, choose DHCP connection, wait for confirmation and I was done with initial setup. After that, I just had to plug one dot at a time in and wait for each one to initialize before moving on to the next and you can watch it all happen in the app. I couldn't even believe how easy it was. I also reached out to their support staff prior to setup in regard to how it would work with Spectrum and they were responsive, knowledgeable and courteous. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Not so good
Not as good like the original satellite. I believe it because it an extender. Not a full mesh satellite.

Exemplary Customer Service
I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to do so because this company deserves it. I bought the Meshforce M3 Suite more than two years ago and had recently moved into a new home that finally got completed. As the dust settled, so to speak, I put my printer quite far away from my office (which wouldn't connect to my WiFi) and remembered I had my mesh devices. I tried everything I could think of to delete the old modem connection it was associated with and connect to my current modem. I needed help. Rather than schedule a call back from tech support, I decided to send support an email, thinking I might hear back in a week or two, while wondering how I would deal with my business document needs. I was shocked that about ten minutes later, Rowena at Meshforce emailed me back with a perfectly clear description of what I needed to do to reconnect the Meshforce system with my new modem and it worked perfectly, as it did in the last home. Great and reliable products combined with excellent customer service and tech support makes for a very smart purchase decision – don't think twice, just buy it! Thank you, Meshforce!
