I bought this product because I started to read about all the hype and also, I'm nearly 40 and want to try and preserve myself a little bit! The product comes as it's advertised and it's easy to use. I didn't use any any numbing cream and it's is VERY painful the first time you use it, I would suggest not pressing to hard and try and get yourself used to the uncomfortable soreness on your skin, and yes, it does draw blood but only on my forehead as this is probably where I put a little extra pressure on. The first time I used it I was expecting miracles the next morning... But no, I just looked the same! However, Common sense told me to wait a couple weeks before trying again, and I have used it a about 4 times since I bought it and I have to say, I can see there is a difference to my skin, it feels softer and is a bit clearer. I've also been keeping a good cleansing regime and got some good creams so this will also have helped. I got surgical spirit from Boots to sterilize the rollers. Hope this helps for anyone thinking about buying this product.

Great product , needle is sore but worth it

I bought two 5 in ones, one was a gift.Not too bad for the price. Actually nicer than expected. Beautiful and convenient storage box that has small container with a lid to fill with surgical spirit or in my case sanitising solution.I've noticed some little flows on the inside, which at first I though were a broken pieces but they weren't. This doesn't seem to be a problem anyway. Overall great product and great price.

“Decent kit, but the attachments do not come off very easily. After only the second use one of the attachments is already stuck on.”Edit: Later discovered that the teeth inside of the attachment were broken (see picture) which is why it wouldn’t come off. Aside from that all the other attachment’s seem to be working fine.

Great product and service

The box arrived broken and tattered, the case for the tools themselves was broken and falling apart. The tools themselves were OK but the plastic was in broken ppieces inside the box.
