No tested in wet weather yet.However, a word of caution when choosing the right size to fit your backpack. I choose M using the product dimensions, my backpack is 47cm high thus 40-53cm, and the cover was way to big. Returned for full refund and got S which fits perfectly and matches the volume 18-25 litres from the dimension chart. Also, the length and width are the wrong way around in the chart!

These are awesome. Do note though that the size guide is innacurate to some extent and they come up a lot bigger than suggested. I order the small for my Lowepro flipside 300 camera bag and its a perfect fit even with a bottle in the side pocket. Its like it was made for the bag and even fits perfectly in with the tripod foot holder that is tucked in the bottle of the bag. Seems very durable as well!

You get your money's worth. Fits well, looks good, stays on, and the reflective strap is very handy since obviously the covers cover up the reflective stickers on my bag itself.Getting the size right can seem a bit tricky, but don't worry about it having to match the exact dimensions of your bag - the covers I got were vaguely close to the dimensions of my bag and yet they fit great.I haven't tested it in the rain yet, but I did do a bit of a test in my sink; the waterproofing on it seems very much effective. Nice pouch to store the covers in. Fits well into my bag's side pocket. Overall I'm happy with having purchased this.

After my eldests school books got completely drenched and ruined heading in to school one day I bought this hoping it might help for the future.We've used it so many times and every time it's been a life saver. Umbrellas don't cover all of you, and with the rain coming in a different angles, and dumping bags on floors of public transport and corridors, it definitely kept everything dry and very easy to store in the rucksack for future use. My youngest too uses it at school and the reflective strip is great too. Also feels good to wonder the busy public transports without worrying about your bag being opened.

I lost the north face (light blue) rain cover while cycling to work one day. This is because there is no clip that goes around your bag it just squeezes around the circumference. I wanted to replace it with a genuine cover again but they were so overpriced for what they are. For much less I got this product which not only has the little clip to stop it from flying off in the wind, but it comes with 2!

First of all it is the wrong size, it does not fit my 25m litre Eastpak backpack. Secondly, it is not waterproof, at best water repelent. It does not reflect in the dark at all (I've been told that by some of my colleagues who have driven behind me on the way out from the car parking). Thirdly (perhaps worst of all) is that the cover (although put on with the clip) had not only fallen out from my backpack but had opened widely the main two componenets of my bag! Everything I had (clothes, wallet, and other personal belongings) were not onl drenched during my 20minute cycle home but could have fallen out!Hopefully I will be able to get a full refund as quickly as possible and use the money to get all waterrpoof cover!

I actually ordered two because I wanted them to cover front bicycle panniers bags that are not waterproof. And they fit perfectly. However I have ended up with four covers because you actually get two in a pack and I can’t find that mentioned on this page.

These are great small sized covers and fit both my Mountain Warehouse Walkabout 12 l back pack and my North Face waist pack (when fitted horizontally) perfectly. The elastic is strong enough to keep the cover snuggly in place without deforming the shape of the pack or obstructing the shoulder and/or waist straps. There is no excees material to flap about in the wind but if desired/required there is a retaining strap secured with a clip clasp that is unobtrusive and does not dig in. Not having been able to find rain covers for smaller packs before, I'm absolutely delighted with these.
