Easy to Set Up & Works Nicely
After 6 years, my husband needed to replace his Microsoft Surface Studio that was fading fast and wasn't capable for upgrade to Windows 11. He uses his computer daily for many hours for investments, projects, education videos, etc and prefers an all-in-one concept with touch screen. He also needed more capacity than most of the computers. After some research we felt this system computer was a good match for his needs. It delivered quickly, set up easily. Most of his software and programs transferred automatically but he has some unique program so we used the Linksys software that was purchased separately to move his remaining files. So far all's gone well.

When my desktop was found to be unrepairable, Asurion reimbursed me the complete cost of my computer! Thank you Asurion!!

Waste of time trying to use an ASURION Protection Plan
I ordered a computer a while back and since I was using it for work reasons I decided to purchase an Asurion 3 year protection plan to go with it. I had the computer for about a year before the computer started giving me issues. I decided to message Asurion about the issues I was having and at first I thought they were super helpful. They agreed to fix my computer but sadly I would have to send it off to be fixed, no other options were given. I needed the computer to work, and I had no secondary computer to use while the computer was off with Asurion. My computer still functioned when I sent the computer off to Asurion, however it had an issue with the GPU which only caused performance issues when using high graphic intensive software. The computer was with Asurion for almost a month before they sent the computer back to me, however a technician did not package my computer properly when shipping it back, so the computer was destroyed beyond repair in shipment. I told Asurion about this and they gave me two options, I could take the computer to repair shop over 2 hours away, or send the computer BACK to them again. I sent the computer back to ASURION, which resulted in ASURION deciding the computer wasn't worth fixing. When I initially purchased my computer, I purchased the specifications of a computer that I needed to do my job. At the time of purchase, the computer was an $1800 computer on sale for $1500. In today's market I would not be able to replace the computer I had for anything under $2500. Instead of replacing my computer even though they were at fault for not taking care of my device, they told me the ONLY thing they could do was write me a check for the original purchase price. They neglected my item and caused it to be damaged, but were not willing to take responsibility with replacing the item and were trying to just give me a check so I would drop the issue. I ended up speaking with a supervisor of the tech support and they told me they would refund me the money I spent on their protection plan as well as the $1500 check to "replace" the computer. It has been months since I got the computer check, and I have yet to receive the refund for the Asurion protection plan that I was promised. Many nights were wasted talking to a dead end support team that were little to no help, and in the end I lost a computer that I cannot replace for what I originally purchased it for. If I would have never sent my computer back to Asurion, I could still be working off of that computer today, the issue I sent it off for was not major enough for the headache that was caused by starting a support ticket. In order to replace the computer it would cost me around $1000 more than the check they sent me, which I could have used to just replace the GPU that was giving me an issue instead of ever having to deal with ASURION. I will never be purchasing another Protection Plan from ASURION, as they did more harm to my computer than "Protection".

Quick turnaround
Asurion covered the shipping and very quickly remedied the issue with my computer and returned it. I only wish I would have been provided more detail regarding the actual issue and how it was resolved.

Top notch customer service and tech
They paid all shipping and supplied quality packing and boxes. Kept me informed every day. They reached a point and paid me my entire purchase price. Very quickly. Ended up being a great price for this warranty. BUY IT!

Lots of issues but eventually resolved
This was for my main computer. It started overheating about 2.5 years after purchase.Wasn't clear I had to send it back via a box being sent me. The online system kept erroring when I tried to print the shipping label.Shipping box arrived I found shipping label inside.. Fortunately I photographed the label. System said I never shipped the computer. Asurion Lost track of the computer for a couple of weeks. Asurion didn't find it until I started a query via conversation with online agent and had shipping label info to prove it arrived.Agent handled it well and got the comptuer found within 2 days as promised. Took another week to start repairs.Then said it was needing a part. Then two days later they said it wasn't repairable. Didn't say what part or why it wasn't repairable. Sent a check received about a week later as promised. All in all about 6 weeks from the initial start.As you can see there was a lot of room for improvement. Ultimately, they refunded the entire prices of the computer.I bought a new computer with the funds and again got another 3 year warranty. I am hoping I won't need it and that if I do the process will go smoother next time.
