Fits good and provides needed support. Reasonable price, decent quality.

I use it mainly for weight lifting. I damaged my left wrist somehow lifting super heavy working in a restaurant kitchen. I use this to keep pressure on so I can do dumbbell curls, barbell curls. My left wrist was so bad, I couldn't even do 15lbs while my right wrist can keep going. After using it for about a few months, I can do 25s without any pain. I've tried other wrist wraps and some of them irritate my skin. Or they start loosing structure and sliding away from my hand leaving my wrist with no support. This wrap is also very thin so not bulky like some other straps proving great comfort. The price is also much much lower. Just remember 3m is a billion dollar company that create devices in the medical field because they have billions to budget on testing and development. Most devices on amazon is someone with or without a medical and engineering degree creating something and having someone in china print it. And most devices are created and rebranded Chinese devices that were not thought out even though it can provide similar function minus the details on user experience and long term effects.

This is the second one I'm buying. I love these for the gym. I'm prone to tendonitis in one of my wrist and this is extremely helpful. First time I tried it on I was surprised by how well this well supports. The only negative is that the grippiness of the Velcro does decrease as it begins to pull up the fabric. You could probably shave it down over time, but considering how cheap these are how well they work the pros outweigh the cons.

I hate the bulkier wrist wraps and the ones that get grossly discolored or collect lint and look like trash after a few wears. I bought two of these for my right wrist which was injured a few years ago and since then has been inflamed with tendonitis when i spend too much time knitting, using power tools, crunching data, or lifting heavy boxes at work. I keep one at home and one at work because germs exist. I needed something comfortable to sleep in as well. This wrap checks all the boxes and looks fresh despite the number of times ive used them. I was worried that the material may grab lint and hair but it has not. I have not noticed any sweating happening when i wear them so i suppose it's breathable. It tightens enough to support my wrist so i dont overwork it or keep it in a bad position when i sleep. No numb hand when i wake up makes me happy!

I like the slim profile of this wrist guard. My wrists get agitated once in a while at the gym so I use these while sleeping every so often. They work great.

I found this very item in store for $40 so I was glad to find it here for about $8!! It easily just wraps around your thumb and wrist and I instantly felt comfortable support around my wrist. I work in a warehouse constantly picking up heavy boxes and repeat the same motions over and over so my left outer wrist (around that bone that sticks out) began aching. And this brace provides comfortable support but still allows enough free motion to comfortably move while still maintaining support

Works great for wrist support while playing tennis. Does not interfere with holding the racket. I have arthritis as well as a titanium plate in my right wrist due to bone death, and my right wrist is not as strong as it once was. When I first started playing tennis again I had a hard time keeping the racket from turning because I couldn't hold it tight enough and my wrist would fatigue and become painful after only 5 or 10 minutes of playing. With this wrist support I can play for at least an hour with no problems. ( I don't know if I'd have problems after an hour because I haven't played longer than that.) This wrist support helps stabilize the joint and the lower forearm muscles. I highly recommend.

Didn’t help me. Not the company’s fault. I found I had tendinitis which a compression doesn’t help. Although I used this for a good two days and the Velcro already looked very worn. Not too good quality Customer service is fast. Return was fast and without issue.

Provides little support unless you tighten it to the point of pain.

Didn't fit

It's ok, and even for workouts, but I have keep adjusting them. They also feel different on each hand. Designed more for the right hand than the left.
