When it works its great!
I have two of these. One for a backup. The first one I bought was dead and I had to return it. The other two function. My purchase was in 2016, and I imagine I have used it about 50 or 100 times. The jacks for the 9 volt outputs are reliable, but the charger input is not. I have to jiggle it over and over to get it to charge. Also, you never are quite sure if it is fully charged. The led for charging turns off when it is fully charged. But this is the same condition as not having the charger cable plugged in correctly. So it is an uneasy feeling to go to a gig or rehearsal with this unit.Sometimes I go for a few months without using the thing. Then I loose the charger. And the charger is not industry standard, so if you loose the charger you cannot use the thing.I don't remember if it came with a manual, but there is no manual online that I could find. Its kind of like Joyo does not care about support. I don't think of Joyo as a pro level brand, but I had hopes when I got this product.I always carry a backup 1-Spot. But I had to purchase a gender changer for the 9 volt cable, since the 1 Spot is male and the Joyo is female. The gender changer is a tiny little thing that I could easily loose in the hustle of a gig setup. When the Joyo works, it has tons of clean power. I use a Zoom multi stomp (digital pedal draws 250 ma), a Tube Screamer, and a Boss Blues Driver. The Joyo will power everything for at least 6 hours. Probably much more.It is really nice to get to the gig or rehearsal and not need to deal with a wall jack for a 1 Spot. And the Joyo looks professional. Its about the size of a Boss pedal. But if I bought again I would look at the PedalTrain Volto. I believe PedalTrain cares more about the customer and the Volto gets good reviews. I would have bought the Volto in the first place, but it was out of production for a while. The Volto is on the third revision and the Joyo is as originally designed.

JOYO Battery Power Supply for Guitar Pedals
I think this is a great product. Only issue is the instructions on using this are not exactly clear. It's made in China and so are the instructions. I had to return one unit because it stopped charging a few days after I received it. However, the replacement unit seems to be working fine, I had it and used it now over a week. Great for powering small pedal boards (I have two pedals which I use regularly in an acoustic set).

From five stars to two
Long life, portable power to my pedals. Trouble free transaction.Revised review; Lowered my review from five star. I really enjoyed this power supply until it all went south. I was happy with Amazon's speed. Information, and service as always five star, with Amazon. My expectations and early elation were dashed against the rocky shores of disappointment. The performance was outstanding and operation was straight forward. The battery held the charge for weeks, when not in use with my effects. When in use, the charge held for several jam sessions.Several days ago it just stopped charging. After checking the charger and connection at the wall plug I inspected the unit and discovered that the male connection for the charger was pushed back into the case. I removed the four screws that held the cover in place and found that I could use a chopstick and push the connection back in place. I replaced the cover and successfully made the connection. Not wanting to risk pushing it back into the case I turned it off and on connecting and disconnecting from the wall plug. That was no big deal for a while and worked well for a few days. This morning I plugged in and five minutes into my groove got that unmistakable odor of electrical fire. Out of my peripheral vision I spotted the tendrils of smoke coming from my Joyo.

Very good.
It's joy to go on without worrying about power cables or batteries. A bit pricy, but it does last a couple of hours no problem.

Three Stars
not the best durability, or charge time, but it handy for sure!

Great solution. This works very fine
Great solution. This works very fine, and the price is better than in other brands. I've been using it with 6 pedals on all the time, for 2 hours and still have power.

An astoundingly useless thing.
I used this at an outdoor event to power a pedal in series with two other pedals that could not take a 9 volt battery. The pack failed after 3 songs! Yes. I charged the pack before using it.I recharged the battery pack overnight for an upcoming show the next day...This time, I decided to run the other pedals using their respective 9 volt batteries and use this thing to power just the one pedal...just ONE pedal. After 2 songs, the pedal starting being intermittent. Volume changes, cutting out etc. This thing is TRASH.TRASH. plain and simple.I'm returning this. for something more useful, like a bicycle with square wheels.
