REAL Dijon Mustard!
This is hands-down the best Dijon mustard I've ever had. I originally discovered it through a recommendation in a cooking magazine, and it absolutely lives up to the hype. Unlike other brands that just taste like sharp vinegar, this has a beautifully balanced, authentic flavor. It's officially a permanent staple in my kitchen!

Croc Monsieur? This is the best Dijon mustard to use.
You just have to try a home made Croque Monsieur! If you do then this authentic mustard will deliver the mind blowing taste you desire....I kidd you not! ~ absolutely delicious used in this dish which in essence is a toasted cheese/ham sandwich on steriods that originates from France. Note: Have a defibrillator handy as you are more than likely to have a heart attack eating one of these artery clogging sandwiches....but they taste so good!

Delicious but not my favorite
I consider myself a mustard aficionado. I bought this to compare to my favorite Maille Dijon, and while this is very good, the texture is a bit grainy, and the flavor is not as refined as Maille.
