So the halos are LED and the low and high beams are halogen?

I'm not sure about low beam, but high beam yes. FYI they look great!!! I have the all "chrome". Think about the look of your Z3 to see which would look better

I have seen reviews about these getting moisture inside. Is there any warranty to protect against that issue?

No moisture on mine. Dont know about warranty.

Are instructions included?

No instructions came with mine, however, they are plug and play for the high low and marker/signal lights. You will need to tap into the marker lights to power the halos, and there is a fog lamp connection which I chose not to use.
