I have using nasal breathing strips every day, all day for the past few years. Because of my totally discombobulated septum I can't breath through my nose without them. Came close to getting the surgery but then covid hit. Anyway, these are obviously made by the same manufacturer that does the store brand for Walmart and Kroger. They're identical and I actually prefer these over the Breathe Right strips brand. Sometimes generic is better.Around here we jokingly call them NBAs, short for nose band aids, coined by my father. They're life or death for me pretty much. A lot cheaper than a septoplasty.Since I'm a pro when it comes to these NBAs I have a pro tip if you're having them cause irritation on the center of your nose when you go to pull them off. First of all, they are easier to remove in the shower so that would be my first suggestion if possible and that's where I take them off now but I used to cut a bunch of little strips of tissue paper, about 3mm x 10mm or so, and keep a bag of them handy. When you pull the tabs off the NBA, place a tissue strip in the middle so that that narrow section does not adhere directly to your skin. Then it won't pull on your skin when you remove it.As for the color, I think it would be nice if they came in different skin tones. Sometimes I wear the clear ones when I'm out but the clear ones to not stick for very long. The tan ones will stick all day and then some but the clear ones start peeling off within a few hours even with a properly prepared and clean skin surface.I highly recommend these. If it weren't for these I probably would suffocate.

I snore loudly enough at night that my wife either beats me all night or makes me sleep in the guest bed. It got bad enough for me to begin experimenting with ways to fix it. Mind you, I'm not overweight and I am in good shape, so losing weight isn't a solution. These strips were the first thing I tried. They worked instantly. The first night I used them my wife never heard me. I could feel my nasal passage open up when I put them on. They continued to work every single night I've used them. I wipe the bridge of my nose before I put them on so there are no oils and they stick with no issue. I haven't had one fall off yet. So why 4 stars and not 5? My only complaint with them is they are too sticky. They did rip the skin off after about 3 weeks and I had a scab for a few days. Once that healed I used warm water on a rag every morning to remove them and I haven't had an issue since. Minor inconvenience for a very sticky product. It's been a few months now of using them and I don't have any complaints.Another benefit of them I noticed is when you are congested from allergies, these can help open up your nasal passages.

So I’ve been using a similar product from a company with the initials BR on their package. I was okay with that other brand, but they definitely left a sticky residue on the bridge of your nose when you removed them.When I first tried these, I was worried they weren’t sticky enough, but I wiped off my nose (getting any excess oil) and applied. The strip stayed right in place all night long and kept my nasal passages open (and snore free). The great thing about these is when you take it off in the morning there’s no residue to clean up. They come off easily without the goo.Definitely a superior product!

Update:I reordered these because I was very pleased with my first order. I don’t know why but this time they don’t stick as well. They come off my nose mid-sleep. For whatever reason, the adhesive this time is not as strong. I’ll give it 3/5 because I know they work but the inconsistency of the product quality is something to be aware of.Old review:Got these as a replacement because Breathe right has become very expensive. These have worked great. Have been using the clear ones at night and they have remained stuck just fine. They work as well as Breatheright. Also they don’t leave this weird white glue residue on the nose after you pull them off. Would recommend.edit: to the people complaining they don’t stick-wash your nose with soap and water and dry it well. It sticks just fine. If your nose is producing too much oil like it’s an olive tree, then yeah, sticking might be an issue.

You should know that the adhesive on these strips is sub-par. I cleaned the outsides of my nose and stuck on the strip. Went to bed and the thing had lifted up before I woke up. Also, the strip is shorter than other strips advertised as large. UNFORTUNATELY, Amazon will not allow you to return the item. I do not recommend this strip at all. You might first need to wipe your nose with acetone to get them to stick a full night. Don't waste your money.

Breate Right sent me a pack of strips that were completely missing the adhesive and haggled about an exchange so I switched to these and never looked back, they're cheaper and better quality. Better company too
