I was recommended these tabs from a fitness fanatic friend, as I had been struggling with what I think is tendonitis between the pec and bicep muscles (not sure exactly which was the issue).Anyway, I'd had to stop bench-pressing for six months and when it still didn't go away, I decided to resume training with less weight. And wow, bloody hell, they work!!!Within two days the angry inflammation had abated very significantly. It's so very apparent!Now I'm lifting again with confidence, which helps keep depression at bay and lifts my mood. Mistaken purchase. Should have re-ordered capsules. These are hard to swallow and crumble in the bag and in your mouth.Do they work? It takes weeks of continuous use to establish this reliably.

Easy to swallow and I have found this brand to be far more effective than any of the others I have tried but that has to be said of all of the supplements I have had from them it's basically a one stop shop for quality and price I highly recommend
