THE ITEM DID NOT COME WITH AN EXTENDER, WHICH IN THE INSTRUCTIONS, IT STATED THE EXTENDER SHOULD BE INDLUDED. MY LATCH DOES NOT CLOSE PROPERLY, PLEASE SEND ME A METAL EXTENDER.. THANKS
