Quick fix for the dishwasher door
Ordered this to replace a broken dishwasher door cable. Once I wrestled the diswasher out of the cabinet, it was a super easy replacement.

Great value and quick shipping
Just what I needed and got it fast. The price was very fair quality of the cords were as good as the original. Nothing to do with the part but installation was a hassle. Had to pull dishwasher to remove panels to replace and the floor had a new floor installed over exiting floor after dishwasher was installed. Getting the dishwasher out and back in was the hardest part of the job. The new cords installed easily and worked perfectly.

Complete junk!
Only the right cable broke on my LG dishwasher, but I replaced both the left and the right cables with this product (I figured it would be best to replace both at the same time while I had it apart). The new cables worked great for all of 4 days. Then one of the new cables snapped. Absolute junk. Do not waste your money on these cables. I am going to contact LG and purchase original LG cables.

Easy replacement
My husband nearly broke his toe when the dishwasher door dropped on his foot 😳. This piece was broken so we replaced it, quite easily. We went ahead and did both sides, to ensure the door wouldn't drop in one of my kiddos.

Tips for sucsess !
Ok, so I have replaced many of these in my dishwasher. But always on the left side. Dummy me, figured it out why. The right side was less tension, and uneven with the right side.Moral of this story. Make sure you set to minimal tension ( using spring holes on top of unit) for your use, and make them even to both sides. ;-)

It Does What It is Suppose To!
If LG just spent a dollar more to make this dishwasher, they could have used metal cable rather than this cotton cord with plastic ends and you would not have had to replace this part. But there is huge markup in this part, so someone is making very good money on replacing this.
