Good quality!
I use this product to keep my tools in my RVTravel trailer. The finish is excellent and the product seems to be well built for the price point. I am happy with my purchase.😀👍

Drawers are bit wonky
This is a great toolbox. I really wanted a 2-drawer and this seems to be the only company that offers a high durability toolbox with a 2-drawer option. the only thing that could use improvement is the drawers seem to grind and stick as you use them. The Craftsman 3-drawer is fantastic, but the drawers have too much give. Just shifting it slightly and the drawers will open a bit. This has the opposite issue. Overall, a great toolbox. Homak is always very high quality.

Nice. Would buy again.
SOLID! Really nice unit if you like a multi-drawer unit. Solid build, hinges are very solid. Drawers auto lock very well when the top lid is closed. This is very important as I can't count the number of times a drawer has slid open on a box I had that preceded this one.Top handle is solid, and feels it handles the weight of my tools nicely with good balance.

Not a quality product
If you are hoping that even though this is made in China it is a quality product that you will have for a long time you will be disappointed. It's typical cheap Asian crap.First, the drawer slides are not smooth and bind constantly even before there is any weight in the drawers. I realize they are not ball bearing slides, but even for what they are, the drawers get jack-knifed constantly. The tolerances are just too great for the slides to keep things aligned.Second, the finish is not very good. There are bits of foreign material under/in the paint on the top in plain sight. I didn't expect a toolbox to be perfect or to stay that way, but the manufacturer just didn't care.Third, the material thickness is questionable. If you notice the Item description states it weighs 28lbs. The shipping weight, however is listed as 19lbs. I didn't weigh it and I'm not emptying it to do so now, but maybe it is .8mm steel if you count the powder coat with all the foreign debris in it.Fourth, one of the clasps lasted exactly one day after the return period ended. That is a big deal with this design because there is no other tension that holds the clasp up to secure the lid. The clasp is held up with a friction spring inside the clasp, when it breaks, the clasp hangs loosely and doesn't secure the lid for transport.Fifth, the design is so poor that the clasps (one of which is now broken and only hangs down) are below the top of the top drawer. This means that to close the top drawer, you have to move the clasps out of the way. One should note that the clasps must be open and the top lid raised before the drawers will open. Even when the clasps aren't broken, you must move them in the way of the top drawer in order to open the top drawer. With broken clasps, closing the top drawer takes four hands, one on each clasp, one to push the drawer and one to hold the toolbox in place to fight the resistance in the drawer slides, even when the toolbox is fairly full and heavy.I bought this for my son (maybe 20lbs of tools currently), thinking he would have it for a long time. I was wrong, this toolbox is not a keeper.

Decent value but w/caveats
This is a nice two drawer toolbox made of, for the most part, sturdy construction. It's the closest I could find to replacing a Sears Craftsman, red, two-drawer toolbox which they apparently (for some unknown reason) don't make any more. The plus on this toolbox is the lock. A very nice, vending style lock is builtin -- which will help me from keeping tools from walking off after they've been borrowed and then not put back. The caveats however, which you can weigh for yourself are as follows. The toolbox is probably still worth the money, depending on how much or little of these caveats you experience:(1) It says it comes with toolbox liners -- it does NOT. (Easily remedied at your local Lowe's, Sears, Home Depot or hardware store, but you're out one star for advertising it that way and then not delivering.)(2) There are little rubber corners to attach to the toolbox, which you are told to attach with a high strength epoxy glue. For the money, (a) why weren't they attached to start with? (Why does the customer have to do it?) and (b) the size of the corners, once attached, interfere with the opening of the bottom drawer, so they have to be niched out by hand. Again, just very poor. If I *have* to be the one to attach them, they should at least fit; I shouldn't have to notch them out by hand. (The caveat to this caveat is... if you want to leave them off and just buy some rubber bottoms to attach to the toolbox or leave them off entirely, you probably are no worse for the wear to go that route.)(3) This is my second toolbox delivered and BOTH of them were damaged. The first time, the damage was unacceptable and I returned it. The second toolbox was also damaged, but minimally and I'm just living with it. On both occasions they appear to have been damaged in shipping which means that (a) the toolbox isn't packed properly for shipping (the packaging was very minimal in my opinion and I think the results demonstrate that) and (b) that means when it ships, you may experience varying levels of damage... or, hopefully, no damage at all if you are lucky. Northern Tool, which I guess supplies these for the seller, was fairly good about the replacement insofar as customer service, but it took a number of weeks for the turnaround, which is why I'm just living with the existing damage (very minimal) on the second toolbox. But how much money are they saving with minimal shipping and perhaps even just 50% returns? Makes absolutely no sense.I was really, really insistent on a two-drawer, red toolbox, so I'm "happy." If the above points would upset you, you may want to reconsider. The toolbox itself is fine and I like it other than the caveats outlined above.

Too expensive for what you get
This is at most an $80 toolbox. Drawers aren't smooth at all. Build quality would be fine - for an $80 toolbox, not for one that was almost twice that price. Plus, mine was delivered with a crease in the bottom of it.

Sommes toute, satisfait.
