I buy this atta chakki for my home. this atta chakki is very usefull and portable in size. its fit perfectly in small space. the quality of the product is very gud. the cabnit is made with very heavy wooden material. The grinding is very fast and smooth.

Overall good product. You can find many variants and models on company website. The product was delivered much before schedule. I was expecting company engineer for Installation and demo but after consulting customer they assure to guide via video call although which was not required. First time when we starte there was too much vibration also noise. Literally flatowners from downstairs call to confirm whether anything wrong. Issue was sorted by placing one gunny bag and wooden stool which was much effective. I would have appreciated if they would have provided with cleaning video or instructions. The quality of material used seems good and steardy. Although the brush provided to clean is of very poor/cheap quality actually the only thing which disappointed me. They did cost cutting with brush quality but lost one star from me. I recommend to buy this product. Same product available at Vijay sales at 4k costlier and also comes with Vijay sales sales person not needed attitude.

So, Writing the review after using it for 3-4 times in last 3 weeks.. got it with discounted price on Diwali sale..I didn't have much home delivery options for other products at my native place so took this looking at positive reviews.. Got it delivered within the given time.. When tried to turn the machine on its just didn't work..call customer care no mentioned on the machine..one no said its wrong no dialed other and the person instructed that, it could be loose fitting or broken wire during transition time.. Well, no option..opened it and fixed it..finally it worked.. Moreover rerurn process was too complex as I had to pack it and go to post office and so on..not sure who's to pay return charges.. Anyways rating as below: Pros - 1)Griding is pretty fine and flour quality is good so my mom is happy with it and I didn't think to return it. 2) Performance - Average , not too bad, not too good. 3) Cover is given, support guy was polite. Cons- 1) Build quality is okeish, not much premium even for the discounted price. 2) Hooper size 5 kg is a joke..its not even 3KG.. 3) there is no precise mention of gurenty or warrenty. My relative has Navdip flour mill working perfectly since 8 yrs so I will wonder if this also lasts that much so it would be best deal. 4) Noise - no issues.
