Great reference book
As someone who works in rehabbing of patients. This is a good book I will use with patients to show them where is injured on them or what muscles were trying to strengthen. Good pictures and would highly recommend to anyone in a or going into a career where you may be working with rehabbing or treating patients.

great book
I'm a older athlete and started getting injured on a normal basis. I found myself in therapy every year or so until reading this book and the book on stretching...now I'm like wine, getting better with time!

Useful and Informative
I train in martial arts and help students with injuries, mine, too. I have a slew of sports injury books. This is one of the best. It covers rehabilitation exercises and stretches that really work. Put this in your library.

Its easy to read
This book is nice. As an athlete, it gives insight into how I can prevent injuries and is easy to read. As a personal trainer it's nice because I can show my clients the book or recommend they read it to help them understand more. It explains what each injury is in easy to understand terms, along with what you can do to help recover and how to prevent an injury

Encyclopedia like
The book is good with many illustrations. It is more geared to physical therapists. Not much new here though. Will use as a reference in the future.
