This product does help correct your posture, and that is great! Unfortunately it does not breath well and after extended wear it starts to make my back itch, not fun.

InteliSkin shirts are, in my experience, meant to be tight. If your blood vessels "pop out" as other reviews, however, the size is too small. I was lucky to have an Osteopathic doctor help me find the correct size. At 5' 2", 200 lbs, and busty, I wear a Men's extra large. It is long and is most comfortable worn pulled down,which means my pants slide if not belted.My doctor did say it's very important to wear these no more often than every other day. Using them (I have two) this way my posture has improved, and my back pain well.

You'll notice in the stock photo on this page that the model's veins are bulging out of his arms. That was pretty much my experience with this shirt. I weigh 145 pounds with a size 31 waist and relatively small arms. So I was surprised when I ordered the medium and found myself barely able to slip this shirt on. The arms were such a tight fit that my veins were also popping out and it was uncomfortable throughout. I wore the shirt for about 30 minutes and it was unbearable.It's not like the shirt was loose anywhere else either. It was beyond skin tight everywhere, it was just extra tight at the arms and underneath the arms. I feel like I'd get just as much out of buying a regular compression tee that's one size smaller than what I normally wear. I ended up buying a size medium from one of their competitors, and it was a better fit (albeit just slightly too large in some areas).
