Helps my elderly father in law keep track of the days

This clock is faulty. After 5 weeks use it needs to go back as the digital numbers have all packed up one by one. Unfortunately I selected the wrong returns option and need to re-select but it won’t let me. Please help

Bitterly disappointed with the two clocks that I purchased, as only seventeen days later after being set up, a message appeared on both clocks saying "No licences" and they both stopped working! They were both immediately returned and a complete refund was issued.

I love it, I can't stop looking at it😊 its perfect! The perfect information, the perfect size display and the perfect colour frame, plus the whole unit is solid. I can sit on my sofa in my living room and see what is displayed so clearly, often I forget what day it is and all the information that i need is right there for me. It's great, just what I needed.Update ...... It switches itself off & back on again the clock ends up being 10mins fast.

Got this for my elderly father and he loves it. However the stand supplied wasn’t the correct one and rather than send the whole thing back I used an iPad stand that I had. Disappointed that something so small made it impossible to use unless wall mounted.

It keeps reverting to no signal and you have to re set it. It is also not easy to set. When it is working it is good but I have to keep going to my mothers house and reset it
