how Effectively does this work with the Bob Duallie double stroller?

Hello, it fits Bob Duallie double stroller.

Will this fit a city mini gt2 double stroller?

I don't know. We have a double Bob.

Will this stay put on a double bob in high wind?

Yes, we beaver had any issues, just make sure to install it properly.

Does this work with a babytrend double stroller?

I don't know. We have a double Bob. Which works fine, except for what all the other reviewers said: it doesn't reach to cover the very bottom just above the wheel. So in a heavy rain a puddle forms there.
