Sofirn Led Torch, SP32A V2.0 EDC Flashlight 1300 Lumen XPL 2 LEDs 6 Brightness Modes with 18650 Battery Charger

I've looked at most of the side-switch 18650 flashlights in the marketplace. Some are good but pricey, some, including some from big names, disappoint. This one wins on most levels. And its great value too. A direct to Eco mode would have made it perfect.With 18650 side-switch flashlights my No1 requirement is electronic lockout to prevent inadvertent activation in the pocket. 4 quick presses from off enters lockout. The same to unlock. Would have preferred lower level or no confirmatory flashes though. The Eco setting is 5Lm. Not "Thrunite moonlight" and it doesn't claim to be. Another thing which has arrived hand in hand with side-switch 18650s is on-board charging with the charging port port protected by a rubber bung. Never understood why anybody would want a rubber bung on a tactical flashlight. This model does not have a rubber bung. Get one while you can because even Sofirn is going down the rubber bung route. A deep set LED with a smooth reflector results in good throw.Update: On reflection and comparison with other brands I marked this down on a couple of issues. I already mentioned the Lockout bright confirmatory flashes. Other brands don't confirm by brighter than dim or a just a sideswitch glow. I also find 4 presses annoying. The best on the market utilises a long press from moonlight. Far better. Eco can only be accessed via High. The lack of direct to moonlight, Eco or low in a tactical sideswitch flashlight is an inexplicable design error.
