This is one of the best ideas anyone could come up with ! I started boxing classes at the gym awhile back but was having issues with speed and accuracy ! I ordered this thinking it could help and boy am I glad I did ! My speed and accuracy has improved immensely in a very short time ! The headband was a little odd at first but easily gotten used to ! If you are looking for something that is very easy to use but gives you a good workout but also helps you improve in areas you needed help with, I say this is a great tool to use ! You won’t be disappointed I wasn’t !

I am super impressed with the quality of the part that goes around my head. Especially since I can hardly it the balls. At no fault to the product. I think if i continue to practice and keep trying I maybe able to advance to a ball other than the squishy one! I do like that there are options and everything is made with quality parts.

This set is hysterical! We love using this and getting good laughs out of it all while being active and getting some exercise. There are three balls that vary in density. The soft ball is the best to start out with. This would also be a really fun white elephant gift option. I like that it all can fit in the carrying case as well to keep it all tidy.

The elastic band broke off the ball way too fast.Do not buy.

Cool way to switch up my workouts and get in some high intensity reps in. Easy to put together and a little weird to use for the first time, but once you get the hang of it fin and cool to use.
