These are definitely fiddly to assemble, but that goes along with the hobby. I put them on a TRX-4 with a plow and have fed it a bit of a hot supper this winter, I've pushed snow well above the hood of the truck. These tires didn't perform well at all in the cold before, these chains act like full-scale ones. That being said, you do need weight on the rig for these to work, and they do take a bit of time to assemble. However, I've run them to plow probably 500' of sidewalk this winter and have done some light crawling and they haven't given any signs of trouble. No rust either, which I assumed would happen. If you want a set of scale chains, I'm not sure how you could top these.

Only 4 Stars because I haven't gotten out to use them yet. not bad quality. took some time to fit them to the 1.9 Dick Cepek Extreme Country tires I'm running. Overall pretty darn satisfied!

The product was not an issue but my own challenge was I did not realize the measurements were for a 1/16 or bigger scale tires. However, I took it apart and made chains for my 1/10 scale crawler. Very time consuming but they loom cool

I installed these on the axial scx10 iii and for the first time they are really tough to get on but after use, they stretch and will work well, comes unassembled.

pretty basic, instructions, havent used them yet, but ill be shocked if they dont tear right apart

They arrived with no rings. So there is no way to use them as intended. Chains are quality but having no way to actually use the product. So basically feel like I wasted money on something I have to spend more money to fix.

Doesn't fit 1.9 crawler tires

They work and look great. A little patience is needed putting them. A pair of strong tweezers worked great closing the loops. The machine above is a Hunia 1583.
