Sqwincher Orange Qwik Stik 20 oz. Lite Powder Concentrate

My brother introduced me to these when I was dehydrated and had just been drinking water to help with that. Drinking water didn't help much and he said in his workplace, he had used Sqwincher Zero's to combat dehydration. He gave me some to try and they do work. It isn't a miracle drink and I wouldn't expect it to work immediately, but it does help restore electrolyte balance. We have the orange, which is very good. I would recommend these....you can take them anywhere and just put it into a bottle of water. We'll have them onhand going forward.
